Amiable and pleasant staff, everything impeccably clean.
Great value and fabulous place! Spacious room with king bed, balcony, as for instance as advertised. Great location - near to restaurants and casino, the ski resorts, and all the restaurants. Besides, very convenient to Oh Canada eh Dinner show.

Loved the place, had a very nice stay for a vacation. I got a nice size room with balcony. Very very helpful and really helpful stuff, gave a lot of tourist information. The hotel was in the central setting close to everything. What's more, it was next to all the restaurants and shops are, the Casino and the ski resorts. The food was good, had a lot of options.

Couple looking for decent stay
The view from our room was stunning, looking right over the bay. Also, the free breakfast had a lot of options, way better than expected.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, particularly the jacuzzi, not properly maintained and turned the water brown upon use. The air quality in the room was concerning, leading to discomfort . The breakfast options lacked variety and availability, disappointing given the price of the stay.
